Dimethicone
A silicone-based polymer used extensively as a skin-conditioning agent, breathable occlusive, and texture-enhancer. CIR reviews it together with methicone polymers.
Hyaluronic Acid
A naturally occurring polysaccharide found in human skin, connective tissue, and joint fluid, used in cosmetics chiefly as a humectant and skin-conditioning agent.
